I think it would look really cool to do some pen drawing on some old looking paper for my project, telling you what the monster/creature is an what it does ect.... you could find these throughout the game, could help you.

Hades.
Hades is a Greek god, a god of Olympus. hes the oldest male child of  "Cronus" and "Rhea".
Hades and his brothers "Zeus" and "Poseidon" overthrew and defeated the Titans (there parents) in the Titanomachy (war of the titans) and sent them to Tartarus, (the bottom pars of the underword) and entrapping them, therefore claims rulership over the cosmos, ruling the underworld, air an sea.

im doing this research for reference for my project, asn my project has creatures i thought id look at titans as well as one of the characters is meant to be the devil so i looked at Hades,

 In the old testament it is said when you die you would go to a place called Sheol, everybody would go there, it was a place of conscious existence. The word Sheol mean "grave" "pit" or "abode of the dead". a place of stillness an darkness cut off from god.
it is said there are inhabitants of Sheol call "shades" entities without personality or strength.
In the new testament the equivalent to Sheol is Hades, and the use of the work "hell" is not Gehenna (a place of eternal torment) but Hades (a place of the dead).


 


 Gehenna.

 Gehenna is a place just outside ancient Jerusalem, a big pit, full of rubbish and waste, it would smell so bad that it would get set on fire and would burn for days if not weeks. The fire was also used for the Jerusalem authorities to burn the bodies of executed criminals. over time it was said if you was wicked you would go to Gehenna and burn in the fires as an eternal torment and suffering and this was the first concept of a fiery hell that was known because up until then hell wasn't a fiery place but a dark place like a waste land.
 

carrying on my research about where the devil come from i came across a pagan god called Pan who the devil adopted some of his features from.
Pan is a god of the wild, a lover of music, passion, an seen as a god of fertility.

christian leaders see him as a threat who must be discredited, and they make him out to be some sort of demon, where in fact hes a god of happiness music and love making, and should be altogether love but then become a kind of goat legged demon in the christian version. and from then Satan adopts pans goat like features.

 

I started watching the palythough  of Bioshock Infinite an ended up watching it will the end, the story line has got to be one of the most interesting ones iv seen with a massive twist at the end! overall a really good game from what i saw. 

the big twist ant the end gave me an idea of putting some kind of twist in my project.

I also liked how you could pick up loads of stuff.

 

some of the weapons in the game, a lot of details went to the weapons to make them look really cool.

some games iv played for research for my project, again when i was playing the games i was writing in a note book what i thought was good about the game, what i could use in my project... what ideas i got ect..... the most fun games i played was Left 4 Dead 2, i played it with a mate, the storyline dint  seemed very good but it was fun just shooting zombies with a mate, which i think that is the point for the game anyway.
Alan Wake was pretty good, i liked the mystery of it an the fact you had to keep changing the batteries in the flashlight and the bullets in you gun... i was quite realistic to an extent. what i dint like about it is seemed ages to get going into the story.
  the Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City was pretty good, i liked the fact you work in a team so they help you out.

some creatures from Silent Hill, i want my creatures that i design to be as creepy an scary as they are, my favorite creature from it has got to be Pyramid Head!

 

i watched The Hobbit for all the creatures that are in it and some of the weapons the orcs have look pretty cool an kind of scary.


i love the look of the uruk hai, the armor and the face looks evil which goes really well with my project, an gave me an idea for a look of a character, a big creature you dont want to bess with an is super had to kill ect....  

These are films iv watched for research for my FMP, I started off watching Silent Hill 1&2 as they was my inspiration for my project. What i liked about them was the monsters/ creatures, they just looked awesome!! also the story like i thought was pretty good.
the other films i watched like Resident evil had really cool monsters/ creatures in, altho they are zombie themed films which i was goin to stay away form the films was pretty good for my research.
.when watching the film i had i note book writing anything the gave me an idea for my project, and what i like about it ect.....
